Ford Taylor
Ford is known as a man who can solve complex business issues, with straightforward practical solutions, while maintaining his focus on the people that serve the organization. After completing a Business Management degree from Texas A&M University, he jumped into becoming an owner/operator of small apparel company named CC Creations.
This small company grew to the publicly traded Brazos Sportswear Corporation. The company grew from a few small individual investors to a 300 Million-Dollar operation. In 1997 Ford and his family moved to Cincinnati to serve as the CEO of this growing company.
Ford eventually left his role as CEO of Brazos Sportswear to help grow and develop other companies through business consulting. Further he went on to start the ministry of Transformation Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky for the purpose of unifying leaders across the region to impact improvement in their local communities. Due to a rising to market demands he founded later FSH Strategy Consultants, Inc. The company is currently comprised of teams that provide leadership training and strategic consulting. Individuals and teams achieve transformation by addressing and removing personal and professional constraints. He is now known and dearly loved for his passion to see lives and organizations better equipped to serve their communities and families.
Ford Taylor is the co-author of the book “the Hike” which contains many of the principles found in the Transformational Leadership material (Training). The material is a result of specific solutions to a long history of transforming multiple companies and individual lives.
Ford and his wife of 32 years, Sandra, live in Cincinnati, Ohio. They are blessed with three lovely daughters, Whitney, Emily, and Quincy.
Catherine Williams
Prior to joining The FSH Group as CEO she was the Owner/Operator of Webb and Associates,a consulting group that provides strategy/leadership development to top companies at critical business junctures. A few major projects included: working with the global leadership during the merger of Avaya and Nortel, a growth strategies for Wal-Mart presentations and facilitation of off site meeting for AT&T.
Prior to owning her own consulting firm, she worked in the international business community out of New York City reporting to Headquarters in Zurich as Senior Vice President of International Strategy for Adecco, the world’s largest Global Human Capital Solutions Company representing 18 Billion in annual revenues. She was appointed by the CEO to drive a global cross-selling strategic sales initiative designed to grow top global accounts, each of these key customers represented approximately 100 million dollars in sales and were active in over 35 countries worldwide. She worked with the Global CSO in Zurich and the US CEO in New York to develop strategies to develop branding and innovation to a Global platform, delivering a 35% increase.
Before joining Adecco, Catherine spent six years in New York City as Vice President of Lee Hecht Harrison, a division of Adecco, where she consistently achieved “President’s Leadership Circle” status and was a main contributor to this office producing 20% of the company’s revenue. Prior to LHH, Catherine served in Atlanta as the East Coast Regional Manager for General Electric’s (GE) Plastics, Consumer Products, where she led her sales team to doubling the regions growth every year for four straight years. General Electric awarded her with “Most Valuable Player” and “Region of the Year.” In the beginning of her career Gillette’s Parker Pen Division benefited from a 40% increase in sales during her tenure.
Catherine has 25 years of Sales/Marketing success. She is readily recognized for her passion for excellence, empathy in strategic problem solving, energy and integrity. She is a graduate of Auburn University with a BA in Speech Communications; and completed General Electric’s school for Business Leaders.
Catherine has served as a dynamic featured speaker for internal and external events. On topics ranging from The Art of Negotiation, Getting to the Decision Maker, Character Based Leadership, Maximizing Human Capitol, Facilitating Strategic Planning, and Conflict Resolution through Role Clarity.
Michael K. Williams
Michael has more than twenty years’ experience in corporate finance and accounting. While spending most of his career in finance, he also has numerous years experience in the Financial Services industry and is securities licensed.
Prior to joining FSH, Michael began his career in accounting and finance in the hospitality industry. His past work history involves effective cost saving strategies for such notables as: Westin, Sheraton, Hilton, and Holiday Inn. After many success stories of applying solid financial disciplines to institutions he began to see the need to bring this expertise to the public sector. The desire to see families and small business operate with strong financial wisdom is what compelled him to start Financial Health Solutions.
In 2008 he founded Financial Health Solutions, LLC in Atlanta Georgia. The firm’s primary service is Tax Preparation, Accounting and Budget Forecasting. After two years in business they expanded the firm to provide more of a total strategy to financial solutions facing individuals. Customers began requesting a more detailed year round financial plan to improve cash flow, maintain profitable returns, and a more consistent tracking of budget targets.
Michael works with many closely held small to medium size firms although his strategic focus remains helping individuals to “Get Their Financial House in Order.” Those who have trusted Mr. Williams with their valued finances have found him to be creative in solving complex financial issues and trustworthy in the care and attention to details provided.
